I don't buy that story. I think it was just that CBM wants out of
the retail market, or the promoter has had such lousy response to
pre conference reservations that they decided not to loose money
holding the show. And the reason the probably didn't get
reservations is that savy New Yorkers probably feel that CBM is a
gonner as far as desktop computing/video is concerned.
