Theres a demo of ImageFX here in the libs you might want to check
out. ImageFX is kinda pricey but I looks to have the best functions
for 'retouching' images for a beginner. I use DCTV paint for
retouching, ImageMaster R/T for FX processing, and ADPro for file
conversion and I/O. Great combo. ImageFX may replace all these for
basic needs. But I don't use it yet, goes for about $250-300.
