As Telecommunications Director for the Boston Computer Society, I've been
asked by the BCS to respond to inquiries from Sen. John Kerry's and Rep. Ed
Markey's offices on the dimensions and implications of the FCC's proposed
order. I would appreciate your collective feedback (for or against) to
help us develop a well-reasoned and reasonable response.
