You should be able to get "visually lossless" jpg's by using less compression.
I don't use Photoshop, so I don't know how it works in that package, but in
Photostyler there is a slider. Just experiment with the compression factor.
I've used jpgs and compared them to the same tga file and could NOT find any
jpg artifacts.
