##29275 bnd crash
Don,
This is the assign list from the HD startup-sequence:
(Without a disk in df0: or df2:) Volumes: PCvd0 [Mounted] <—-
(DH1:) Amiga [Mounted] <—- (DH0:)
Directories: S Amiga:s L Amiga:l C
Amiga:c FONTS Amiga:fonts DEVS Amiga:devs LIBS
Amiga:libs SYS Amiga:
Devices: DF2 DF0 PRT PAR SER RAW CON RAM DH0 DH1
One more assumption. I AM jlinking after the Bridge side boots. I
have a PC boot disk. It has WB 1.3 files in addition to the Bridge files. I
execute binddrivers from there (since I can't do it from the hard disk). It
works fine. I then reassign the above devices and directories to dh0:. I open
the pc drawer (on dh0:), run pcdisk, then pcmono. The pc screen comes up. No
problem. I can jlink to ram: or floppy, but not to the hard disk. If I don't
reassign; leave df0: as sys:, same result. Everything boots ok, (Workbench and
PC) but can't jlink to hard
disk.
Below is the assign list of the pcboot disk with the assign command
just before binddrivers.
Volumes: PCvd0 [Mounted] Amiga [Mounted] 1.3PCboot [Mounted]
Directories: S 1.3PCboot:s L 1.3PCboot:l C
1.3PCboot:c FONTS 1.3PCboot:fonts DEVS 1.3PCboot:devs LIBS
1.3PCboot:libs SYS 1.3PCboot:
Devices: DF2 PRT PAR SER RAW CON RAM DF0 DH0 DH1
That shouldn't happen. Right?
