PMJI. The ATVista has a Windows driver available, but it is
only 16-bit color. The Targa+ has a Windows driver, and you can run
Windows on it in various modes, but it's not too satisfying if you
have an accelerated VGA-type board available instead. Pass-through
of VGA only works with the Targa+, but is limited to 640x480x8-bit,
due to a 256-color RAMDAC on the Targa+.
