MovieSetter is a really nifty product. It's main thrust is in its simple
interface. I flagged the pan problem when I originally spoke with the
designer of the program. He mentioned a couple of ways to get around it
(such as using objects rather than a background for the backdrop), but did
point out that if you need pageflipping capabilities, you'd be better off
with a pageflipper.
You will DEFINITELY want to be here Wednesday night. Max Morehead (he's
tall enough to be a basketball player; I was tempted to ask if anyone had
ever called him "Max More-Headroom", but thought better of it 8), principle
designer of MovieSetter, will be our guest in the Gold Disk conference room
in AmigaVendor, 10 PM EST. I chatted with him for about an hour at WoC
Philly doing an AC interview, and lemme tell ya, he's a super nice guy and
knows his stuff to boot. Come join us!
