Paul – we have a section for "chatter", and that's where this message
is now. There is no question of anybody policing the message base,
but if a thread wanders long and far from its subject header, it's
not really fair to the rest of the membership who can't afford to
download and read absolutely everything but rely on headers to mark
the messages they want to read. Nobody cares if a message wanders *a
