simple as the staff here is working under some curious guidelines
without the same amount of authority as our "visitor". But
Compuserve, is no longer the only game in town. And if they want to
keep good clients like ADESK, they're going to have to be at least
courteous! I think it very presumptious for an occasional "visitor"
to jump in directly like that. Poor manners if nothing else, but
actually its rude.
