The TIME preference doesn't need to be moved to the WBStartup drawer.
Putting the TIME program in the WBStartup drawer will FORCE WB to run the
TIME preference "editor" everytime you boot or reset.
Leave the TIME pref, in the PREFS drawer. The TIME preference manager is
used only for editing the time/date setting. The IPREFS command, (already
in the Startup-sequence) will find & load the time/date from the clock.
Iprefs, also loads all the other "preferences", that you set will the
programs in prefs.
You should only have to set the time/date once from the Prefs.
