I think I remember seeing an American woman and a Russian man talking about how
to buy Russian nephrite and ship it to the US. This was last year in The Global
Crisis Forum on CIS (Go CRISIS). I'm pretty sure that the message has scrolled
off by now, but you might want to post this message in the global biz section
there. This unknown woman was a buyer of semi-precious stones, and specialized
in nephrite.
