Scott, I'm sure an .IXP to write .AVI files through Video Post is quite possible. Truevision has a routine to output directly to their proprietary DVM format, which seems to contain more info. Unfortunately, a separate conversion is then required to/from .AVI for use with Premier, etc. I think it's certainly a wishlist item for 3D Studio to output .AVI directly.
