I'm needing more hard disk space so I'm now looking into the best and cheapest alternatives. <<Look at the price of each removable disk, and compare to the current hard disk prices.>> This seems to be the general response. I was thinking of getting a 1Go SCSI-2 external hard disk that I could then transport with me to the service bureaus. This gives me portability and compatibility with the majority of service bureaus while allowing me to have a large fast hard disk at home. What do you think? Is it more important to get a SCSI-1 or SCSI-2 drive? Which are the best most reliable drives? What are the benefits and/or disadvantages of DAT over CD backups? Thanks for your help.
