Scott- Yes it is Daewoo ( apparently they are a huge conglomerate -one of the biggest companies in the world making everything from ships to Leading Edge computers! ). The last time I talked to them, they didn't have FCC approval, but I've been busy with other things and haven't called in a while. Sure you can rotoscope, if you have a video capture device<G>, which this is not. But, anything you can render out from the keyframer or video post could be MPEG encoded and output to video with this. This is video and sound out and MPEG file encoding. Video or audio capture and manipulation would require the appropriate other hardware and software. In tests we have done, it generates a nice MPEG file and can output to tape MPEG files generated by other means as long as they are the right resolution.
