Pentium 75, 90, or 100?

I got a 486 dx4/100 with 32 megs and its about 2xfaster in 3ds than a Pentium90
with 8megs. Memory is the key for speed in 3DS, so if you can safe a few $ with
buying a pentium 75 instead a 100 and spend it on memory instead you have the
better machine.
