I thought of a whole bunch of really bad puns to answer you with ("Now roll
your body into a helix, that's right…" "And BEND and TAPER and BEND and
TAPER…") but I decided to preserve my dignity. <g>
In a few days I actually will upload a few flics from the videos. But I'm
afraid they show 3D characters hopping around, not me. That's something to
think about though — perhaps I can make a few bucks on the side at the next
SIGGRAPH with private exercise demonstrations.
