Sri Kamron…just a bit of humor there Re: Your stew… The problem with a catastrphe as you describe is that it doesnt account for the vast deposits of oil and gas found to date. I subscribe to the idea that these deposits were formed over a long period of geologic time, and not suddenly. but thats just a thought. The problem with sudden disasters (meteor impacts and the like) is with material balance. Long term deposition at the bottom of seabeds, in coral beds, etc is more appealing. No facts here, just a thought.
