#FLC Files-How To Play
Dear ALL:
Is there a 3rd party (possibly shareware) tool or program that can play
Autodesk .FLC files, where the target file is in the CURRENT dir?
Background: I have a .FLC (Autodesk) file containing a short animation sequence
that moves the client's and its subsidiaries' logos around the screen before
loading my Program. The animation routine was written in VB using a 3rd party
(now unsupported) control that had a DLL and an .INI file. The .INI file
required the path of the .FLC file and you had to hard code a complete path.
That is it would not accept a "MIKEY.FLC" as the target. It had to be
"C:\PREP\MIKEY.FLC" in order to be accepted.
Need a (normal) method, tool, or program that will play the .FLC like we do the
icons in windows (NOTEPAD.EXE MIKEY.TXT) where mikey.txt is in the current
directory. The .FLC file will ALWAYS be in the current dir, but I need the
client to be able to install in whatever dir locally, or on a net that they
choose.
Any ideas?
