#Animation Master HW ?

I've got a couple of questions about Animation Master for Windows.
1. Does the Pentium bug that everyone is talking about have any effect on
Animation Master for modelling or rendering? I'm trying to decide between a
Pentium or a 100 MHz 486.
2. What is the recommended configuration for rendering PCs in order to use the
DOS render program? Are additional licenses required for each DOS rendering
machine?
I'm almost ready to upgrade from Playmation (Amiga) to Animation Master and I'm
trying to decide whether to go PC or PPC Mac. I was leaning toward the PPC,
but it looks like I could get a new PC and put a 486 motherboard in my AT
(original IBM 286) for the same money.
