Hey, I see from another message that you seem to be using Windows. I work on a PowerMac so I don't know if the problems are quite the same. However I too find the interface unfriendly and not at all Mac-like. The app is great but perhaps by trying to please everyone (by supporting so many platforms – which is a great idea of course) they end up by pleasing no one. Just a thought! I got the training tapes but had so many problems getting them translated to Pal format & the video quality is so bad that I find it very difficult to watch them. The content in general seems pretty good although I wasn't too impressed with the one on Decals. For price reasons and features both I think this app is the one I will stick with. Hash also seem to have a very good reputation for service. Elsby
