Jim, It's really not as bad as you think! I learned quite a bit from the tapes even if it involved a good deal of eyestrain. I no longer make holes all the way through Bob for example. That means I have learned about the behaviour of splines and patches. Action is the area I am now working on i.e. learning the tools of the trade there. That book you recommended (by Tony White) is alas out of print. If you have been seeing some of my pleas elsewhere that I cannot manage my 3D project, it is only because the requirements are too much for a beginner. I will however work on a smaller project which will be better for me as regards learning to be an animator. The other one was hopefully going to earn me some money but I never really thought it was a job for just one person. I'm hanging in 🙂 Elsby
