Gold Disk showed their Adobe Illustrator clone at AmiExpo….it is called
Pro Draw and is supposed to ship in October. The other products they
showed/announced (in their suite only and not on the floor) included a 3D
modeling program (with WYSWIG editor) and an inexpensive, interactive
animation program (not pageflipper but rather object on fixed backgrounds).
They also announced a joint project with ASDG for a sw/hw interface for the
Sharp 300dpi colour scanner…..the latter was in use in the ASDG booth
with a ASDG Twin-X interface.
