Hash, Your response was VERY enlightening!!!!!! But, I have some confusion about the whole mess now too. First to clear up the confusion. *Are the forum sysops hired by Hash or CIS? *Do the sysops of this forum answer questions about Hash products or only control the file uploading? *What does Hash pay for in rights in using CIS? I'm just trying to understand because this kind of file "mishandling" is at the expense of the users, in that we don't see the "full" representation of the companies on CIS. If you might know of other reasons like security, etc. I would love to hear them, else I think I might like to ask some questions directly to CIS. (Just a little fired-up <G>!) -ANDREW
