Danny Of course you can return the software, and as such we are sorry that the people at ATI have decided once again to offere a product that does not follow the vesa standards, while the card may work fine in Windows, this is because it has a set of drivers to do so, it is obviously not meant to work with DOS programs like Imagine or 3D studio or Strata Pro or other high end programs such as these. We have asked ATI why they have made a product with these problems, and the response was less than informative. We do not represent a threat to ATI and I doubt that they will admit any lack of compliance, so do send Imagine back, however, please be alerted to the fact that if you have future problems it was not and is not Imagine but a hardware product that does not follow standards as set by the VESA community. Also, due to the numerous sets of boards out there, we just cant keep up with each new board and how it works, we would love to but it is very hard for us to do so, if we Microsoft I suppose we could force some form of universal continutiy among the various hardware vendors out there. This has been the scourge of smaller vendors from the very beginning of the entire hardware and software mess, We are moving our product to windows where supposedly this will no longer be an issue, as an onwer of Imagine in any form, you will be offered an opportunity to upgrade for a very low fee. However the wait for the program will be a few months from now. Sorry for the problems, and by the way, Have a happy and safe new years. Mike
