Hi Jinny:
A light appears blue in the viewport when it is shining toward you in the
current 2D view. Eg, if you are in the "Top" view and the light is pointing
"up", the light vector will appear in blue. If you re-target that light so
that it now points down, the light vector now changes to yellow, meaning tha
tthe light is shining away from you in the current orthographic view.
