Sounds like a bad disk. For now, run the install but deselect the option to
install Visual Image. That way it won't try to copy that file and hopefully
the rest of apps will install without incident.
A new disk 3 was sent out yesterday, as soon as you get it you can re-run the
install and only install Visual Image.
