The method you use to make the morph is really not that much different than morphing two still together. Its just a matter of adjusting your shapes every so often to make the match the motion occuring in your footage (this is what is known as 'tweening) and this makes key frames. All you simply need to do is have more that one frame loaded in bothe the a & b rolls and use the slider at the base of the edit windows to advance to the frames where you need to change the shapes.
