Martin, The software runs on by far the vast majority of systems without problems. If tech support said it was a heap, or stack problem, it should be solvable. If you gave up – as you say you did, then how do you expect us to help you? We can't solve problems you won't work with us to fix – in order to solve a problem that we can't reproduce, we need extensive help from the individual with the unusual system, surely you can see that.
