Michael, You can't seriously mean that, do you? What about us desperate users overseas, that are looking for help and don't have access to the internet or AOL? I agree thAt CI$ has some strange ways to handle things, but I am most glad that via Ci$ I have the possibllity to get and (seldomly) give a little help. Well on the other hand, I'm waiting for e-World to hit europe, then Ci$ may has to open up a little more… read ya, Peter
