My recommendation to anyone who really want's to know the details is
to find an archive of Microsoft System Journals that have a start
date of 14 months ago to the present. Each month's issue of MSJ has
had several NT related articles and there are several various
comparisons of NT to Win95. Even if you're not a programmer, this
magazine is good reading.
