Parity Errors
If you're using a LOT of swap space, then your system has to be
extremely compliant with Phar Lap. Little hiccups could easily
generate errors like that, and it could be anything from bad RAM, to
a memory mapping problem, to a HD controller problem. Good luck
figuring it out.
