I am thinking that the Charter needs to address: a) The StudioCity Mission (the essence of your Preamble) b) Rights (copyrights and commercialization) c) Government (voting, jobs, etc.) Separately, we need to prepare technical guidlines for: * file, object and material naming standards * city planning (basic layout) I believe that the Charter needs to be rewritten to address the issues that have come up since it was posted, and simplified as much as possible. I think that the city planning issues raised in the Survey should be addressed in a graphic city layout, not in the text of the Charter. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!
