Unlike the jist of your misapprehension, I don't think DOS is going to die in one fell swoop, realistically there has to be a transition as not all apps have been ported to NT. But the writing is on the wall, and I am _really_ glad that they made the decision to go to NT instead of say Win95, which is just another stop-gap before DOS's ultimate demise. As Gary has often said, "you're gonna have to trust me on this one". And I do trust that he is going to do the right thing to the best that he and his team are able. I think down the road, you'll realise why people like David are so vocally supportive, its because that trust has been maintained over the long haul. So hang in there Judy, not to worry, O.K.? 🙂 John
