I ordered Winimages by phone (800 number) first week of January and was told i would receive it by Jan 21; when i didn't receive it, i called and was told that i would receive it around the first of Feb; i called and was told i would receve it by the 13th of Feb. That date, too, has come and gone. I DO NOT WANT TO CALL AGAIN AND BE TOLD THAT IT IS COMING WHEN IT IS NOT. I have been following this section for some time now and you seem like a very nice person, responsive and quick to help. I wish i could say the same for your company.
