CompuServe Messages

Do you know why I might miss some messages? Should I submit this in the format of an Incident Report? The message does not show up in my (AP) history file… no, I have not deleted or otherwise tinkered with/modified the history file, including turning it off and back on. I have messages before and after it. Could this be related to why I sometimes read a message that AP doesn't ghost the Parent button for but when I click on the button, AP tells me that the parent message is not in my file. As for looking in the message base again, I didn't want to reset the last read date and have AP spend the time ($) rereading several hundred messages that I already have in the history file and it's been so long since I logged onto CIS manually, I'm not even sure I could navigate to this forum and find the message. //daniel \X/ AP 1.77
