Dear Betty, I finally did it!!! I got my call through to CompuServe using AutoPilot after a couple of months of effort. I was beginning to think there was no luck in this computer business and everything I touched was out of control. My patience paid off. I changed to a direct access number instead of my Telenet number and that was all it took to get in.
