although many people have reportedly have problems with QB and AB, both of them
work on my 3.1 A2000s (I have two of them). It may be limited to tha AGA
machines, I'm not sure. I did have one set of crashes just after installing
3.1 but after I ran QB from floppy for a while everything returned to normal.
Now I run from HD with no trouble.
May want to check the disconnect status of the tape drive, or try limiting the
backup to go through chip ram.
