Mr. Darlington,
I have an Amiga 2000HD with a GVP G-Force 030 (25MHZ) and a 386
bridgeboard (BB). Since the BB address maps into a certain area of Amiga
memory (and a certain area in upper memory [D000 or thereabouts] on the BB), I
don't have all the 16-bit memory in my 2000 that it can hold. It was necessary
to pull the jumper on the GVP board to map its 32-bit memory as extended to
avoid having it map into the 'forbidden' area of memory and thus conflight with
the BB.
Perhaps this configuration will suit you, too?
