Sorry about that… 🙂 Sure–what I meant were video centers for nonprofit folks. Places, specifically, that rent out offline edit suite time at $25 and under per hour, and may also rent out video equipment. The article I'm writing is about how video consumers can use these facilities to edit their tapes if they either don't have their own editing equipment or if they'd like a tape that looks nicer than what they can do on their home equipment (A/B roll effects, nicer titles than their camcorder generates, etc.).
