Another new board reader. I'm a plain Jane home video user. I have been
editing my videos for about eight years using the hunt and peck approach to
learning what I'm doing. I currently use an Eight year old panasonic PV320
camcorder,two four head VHS VCRs,a $15 cassette player, a ton of cables
connectors and adapted my one big piece of gear a Panosonic WJAV-5 mixer, and
some of the worlds fastest 43 year old fingers to push buttons fast and
furious. My dream is to dump my VHS tapes into my computer, manipulate them,
and hose the portions I want back to tape in the order I want. I still am not
sure that is possible after reading the message board here.
