Hi Marc,
I just bought DC1tv, Premiere, to run on a Pentium 90. I finally
found a way to get time code in. There's a module for Premiere made by
DiaQuest called "DQ Time Coder" it is primarily software that ennables all
Premiere's batch capture functions + waveform & vectorscope. It inputs
timecode via a RS 422 cable connection to your deck. If you are working with
"prosumer" gear that uses a control "L" connector Miro makes a "video mouse"
but its not on the market yet. Their tech wasn't too knowledgeable on it.
Hope that's some help. I won't know for 2 weeks whether the DQ time
coder unit really lives up to it PR.
Tom
