Bohdan, I saw your post about MPEG I encoding services. Our firm also does
encoding services and is based in the Chicago area. Turn around times depend
on the amount of source material to be encoded. We can also accept VHS, SVHS,
3/4", 8mm, Hi8, Betacam, BetaSP, and D1 materials. Bit rates range from 1.3mbs
to 4.95mbs. This is a very exciting area to be involved with and as anyone who
has ever seen good MPEG video will tell you, AVI and Quicktime just doesnt do
the job.
