Also you might check into Videologic, Inc. a UK company, and enquire about
Mediator and Mediator LC. The Mediator does NTSC, PAL, and SECAM, (I think)
whereas the "LC" does only NTSC. I have the "LC" and am very pleased with it.
It's external, hooks up via the monitor and therefore takes no serial port or
memory address, DMA, IRQ, or anything. IT has controls on the side for
regulating picture quality, centering, etc., and it doesn't cost the earth.
