#Market advice
I currently have out on the market an Amiga based product. It is a CD-ROM of
image sequences (30 FPS 752×480 .JPEG). I am looking for advice as I am
planning to expand into other markets.
"MotionCLIPS is 8,000 frames of royality free stock
footage for use with NLE, 3D and other DTV applications.
The volume contains 20 scenes — like time-lapse clouds,
water, clay animation, and scenic imagery"
Of course it would be great if there is a company out there that can provide
the service and handle this job for me. Take my product and make all the
necessary conversions and put it on a gold CD-ROM. Besides information on
companies that provide this service I am looking for other information.
What other screen sizes are in use with NLEs and 3D applications? What is the
preferred compressed storage format, or is .JPEG universal? Is something other
than straight frames more useful? And any other advice you would like to send
my way.
I would like to hear back from all types of users (3D, NLE, MAC or IBM based),
so please E-MAIL me at 70702,230.
