I've never had occasion, though, where I felt they were just taking my money and then ignoring me. OTOH you are absolutely right about NT. They don't support it nearly as much as it should be. It is extremely more advanced than Win95 and yet has less market share! (A beta with more market share than a released product? Believe it!)
