Hi Doug, Excuse me Bill, but this message is primarily to Doug. My "Address Book" is still _lost_ in my computer so I cannot e-mail messages. Must resort to this method. Doug, at last nights FMS' monthly Board Meeting, you have been unanimously approved as the new editor of the U.V.Waves. The current Jan-Feb issue is completed and will get to the printer within a week. Therefore, you can plan to produce the Mar-Apr issue. Again, all articles should be in the hands of the editor by the 20th of Mar. for the Mar-Apr issue; by the 20th of May for the May-June issue, etc. I will contact Kevin ASAP to mail you all materials. Please let me know for sure your approval immediately. The FMS Board has also given their approval for futher & maybe final discussions with Karl-Heinz Russ for his assuming the editorship of the FMS Journal. Rod
