This is only in reference to having two drives present in a master/slave situation. In my PAR manual (Release Version 1.2 Feb. 94) on page 88 it talks about "Using the Micropolis Drives with PAR". On the jumper block labeled J6 jumpers W1 and W2 need to be removed for a master only drive, this is the Micropolis factory default. If you have two drives this is where you need to have W2 only installed for the master drive and W1 only for the slave drive. On the Micropolis factory settings they are the opposite, I hope this clears things up. All of this was in reference to the settings on the Connor drive of which I did not know the settings and was just being careful not to confuse the Connor settings with the ones on the Micropolis drive.
