thanks, that's good advice. I have let them know I am strongly considering
insisting on either a new machine or my money back, and they keep saying CBM
won't "swap it out" for them. However, the salesman is a friend of mine, and I
think he will do what he can. I like your idea of giving it a real workout,
since the dealer won't have a new machine in till Friday anyway. Sincerely, Tan
