There have been many incarnations of Eliza and programs like it. One
source of source is in old issues of Creative Computing. Another place you
might try is in books on LOGO or LISP, as it has become somewhat of a standard
in those languages. In addition, there was a C64 version available in disk form
from most user groups (written in BASIC.
