I have been in some of those shouting matches. My complaint is that in
a public forum (or at least simi-public) (not so)common courtesy demands polite
behaviour. Given all else equal (and often when not equal), my dollar will go
to the man or women that can also display control, restraint and professional
behavior.
This is no place for personel attacks and competing companies would do
well to be very careful when making critical comments about anothers products.
